What’s been happening:

Greetings to all from the Great Plains of Kansas! After graduating from Penn State in 1978, I attended the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. I was an ordained Lutheran pastor from 1984 to 1999, serving two congregations in upper Bucks County. Along the way, I met and married my wife, Sherry in 1982. We have two teenage daughters, Alexa, 18 and Leah, 15. We moved to Kansas in 1999, Sherry home state. Presently, I teach world history and geography to the sophomores of Olathe South High School in Olathe, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. This year marks my eighth year at a job I truly love. Sherry's been a nurse anesthetist for the past 21 years. We joke that she does to her patients, what I do to my students---we put them to sleep! Life has been good to us. We are truly blessed. (Although it would be even more blessed if I lived closer to State College---I really miss my annual visits to Beaver Stadium.) I hope you and your family are well.
